Today we will practice to speak ONE to TEN . Oh it’s very easy to speak and it’s helpful for the traveler to communicate with Thai people .

” One ” we say ” Nuang”

“Two ” we say “Song”

“Three ” we say “Sarm”

“Four”  we say “Si”

“Five ” we say “Ha “

Only you say “Nuang-Song-Sarm-Si-Ha” , it’s not difficult to pronunciation . Again “Nuang-Song-Sam-Si-Ha” .  Yes , you can do it well .

Next we will learn how to say Six to Ten in Thai Lanuage . Are you ready ?

“Six ” we say “Hok”

“Seven ” we say “Jed”

“Eight ” we say “Pad”

“Nine “we say “Kaw”

“Ten ” we say “Sib”

 We will repeat to say again “Hok-Jed-Pad-Kaw-Sib” .Yeah ..well done . First step to say one to ten is easy to speak and enjoy to practice .

“Nuang - Song - Sarm - Si - Ha - Hok - Jed - Pad - Kaw -Sib ”

Mulberry paper souvenir is a popular gift when someone to visit Thailand . We call Mulberry Paper in Thai language is “Kra-Dard-Sar” ( กระดาษสา ).It made from a fiber of the mulberry plant .This is a handmade paper,it looks nice because it’s natural style as seem as you can see through 50 %.Mulberry paper is very thin with a little rough surface but you can see a lot of short fiber disperse around a paper . The natural color is white , and a local people develop it to a modern style with a lot of colorful paper as blue , pink , yellow ,green , etc. ,with some scapper color paper to more value added in product .

Local people produce mulberry paper by a conservative production ,they put a dry Mulberry plant in a pond for ferment mulberry when it decompose and mix with water in a pond . They use a thin cloth frame to swing in a pond to get a short fiber to set on cloth frame by thin layer . And a local people to put frame in sunlight for dry paper after that they can take a dry paper from cloth frame by hand .Every process come from handmade .

Now it’s not only mulberry paper , but you can see a lot product that develop from mulberry paper . Because it’s a special natural style , it look nice & soft .So they always develop mulberry paper to a nice flower in many style ,rose , jasmine , aster , tulip ,lily ,etc. Sometimes they use mulberry paper for package of gift example a colorful mulberry paper strings , mulberry paper wrap ,fancy mulberry paper ribbon , mulberry paper bag .You can see mulberry paper book ,mulberry paper card ,and a lot of products that create by the bright idea .Mulberry paper product always develop for gift and souvenir .

You can find a MULBERRY products in the Northern of Thailand – Chiangmai ,Chiangrai ,Lampang ,Lampoon ,Prae ,etc. And famous place that you can find a lot of mulberry product is Jatujak Market or JJ Market ( สวนจุตจักร )in Bangkok . This is a big handmade market for the traveler who visit

On the road ,we can find a lot of traffic signs to inform us for safety drive . If you have an oppurtunity to go to Bhuddha monthon sai 4 Road near Omnoi -Petkasem Road - Bangkok , you can see the strange traffic sign .

First time to see this sign , it’s look surprise . You can see a cute tortiose on the triangle sign with Thai language ” ระวังเต่า” mean  ” BEWARE Tortoise”. 

After talking with a people who live in this area ,they said there are a lot of pools in this area and a lot of animals live there - birds , fishes , and turtles . So they request a special traffic sign to inform drivers - please beware tortoise .  Everyday turtle  walk acorss the road and they walk slow . So for safety drive , you have to see this sign and you have to drive slowly .

If you cannot see ” Beware Tortoise” sign , that’s mean - You drive very fast  and you cannot see any traffic sign . This is the only one Strange Traffic Sign - Beware Tortoise  PLEASE ! .
